We, AlmaTime company, regards your information significant and release this Privacy Statement to inform you what information we collect and how we use it to personalize and continually improve you experience.

Tic Tac Toe game designed for all ages, we do the best to suit our game content to children under age 13 also. 

This Privacy Policy has been created to inform you how we collect, manage, store and use information you provide in connection with our game (“Service”). In general, the information we collect about you relates to the type of device you are using, information that helps us identify your device, and your game experience. We use third party services: analytics tool which helps us to provide you a better user experience, and advertising partners.

 

By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of your personal and non-personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The following permissions described below:

INTERNET (have full network access) - used to:

• access online multiplayer services.

• display advertising.

• collect gameplay usage statistics (game duration, app issues, UI clickable elements) by Google analytics firebase service.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (view network connections) - the same as INTERNET permission.

BILLING - Google Play Billing service to able able to purchase in app products: removing ads, unlocking new game board sizes and xo sets graphics.

AD_ID - Third party ads indicator that described below will be used only if user accepts consent and older than age 13.

The full screen ad is shown whenever navigating from game scene to main menu. Optionally you can unlock graphics assets by watching ad video. The content of ads restricts all sensitive categories which not allowed for children. This banner will not interrupt the comfortable playing game.
 

You are free to play with computer in offline mode, the Service not obligates to have an internet access!

Information We Collect 
We collect only non-personal information. That means it cann’t be used to identify or contact you.

Stored locally on your phone only, can be removed via phone settings -> app name -> storage -> clear data.

·       Your age – it’s important to provide us the correct age at first Service opening.

·       Selected device language.

·       Your gender (optional).​

·       Your username (only if you signed in to Google Play Services).​ You can change it anytime in "My Profile". During Google Play sign in process by default your username defined from the first part of your email, if it not set before in your Google Play Services profile.

 

Information collected by Third Party Services:

(collected only if accepted by user over age 13, can be disabled in consent dialog from menu settings)
Analytics and Statistics (not mandatory)
Our Service may contain third party tracking data collection by Google Firebase Analytics, which used for analyzing your user game experience, for tracking application issues and for further troubleshooting. That information stored at Firebase Services. Automatically collected user properties:
Age, Gender, Language, Country, App Store, App Version, Device Band, Device Category, Device Model, First Open Time, Interests, OS version, New/Established status of opened app.

Online Multiplayer Services (not mandatory, used only if user sign in with Google Play Services)
To play online, user signs in with Google Play account. We get and store locally your username from your account email. You can change the username anytime in "My Profile" or in "Online Rooms".

Google Play Games Achievements and Leaderboards (not mandatory)

If you are interested to participate in Google Play Games competitions in our app, you need to sign in with Google Play Games account which is also used in Online Multiplayer Services.

Advertising
Our Service includes third party advertising network services verified by Google. That means that our ads served to children are appropriate and compliant with our policies. Ad identifiers, cookies and similar technologies are used by third party ad networks in order to collect data from your device. Read more about our partners: Admob, 

UnityAds. More information about Google partners. The following mobile data can be collected by such services:

* Advertising ID –which is uniquely associated with your device. Will be generated only if user accepts consent ang over age 13.
* Device and OS details.
* IP Address, MAC, and related network settings.
* Country, time zone and locale settings.

Our game also designed for families. We do the best to suit our game to children under age 13.

Data Deletion
Data which collected only by AlmaTime hasn’t stored in remote servers. To remove our local stored data (age, gender, language, username) switch to device settings of applications and easily clear data of our application only.
To remove your authentication data from Google Firebase and Play Games Services:
In the app Google Play Games -> enter settings -> enter to delete Play Games account & all data -> find our application and press Delete.
